Scoliosis Fundamentals
Two-hour weekend session on understanding your curve, identifying compensation patterns, and learning the daily micro-practices that maintain spinal alignment.
Online group classes are the heart of the practice. One-on-one sessions when you need focused work. Workshops when there's something specific to dive into.
Most popular Live classes over Zoom. 60–75 minutes. Themed each week — posture work, pain relief, breathwork, restorative. Anywhere in the world; all you need is a mat and a screen.
Bespoke Fully bespoke. Best for chronic conditions, post-surgical or post-physio recovery, scoliosis, or when you want focused attention on a specific goal.
Themed deep-dives, scheduled when there's something worth slowing down for. Past topics have included scoliosis fundamentals, post-partum recovery, and breathwork for burnout.

Three-session series for new mothers — pelvic floor reconditioning, core re-engagement, and the breath patterns that hold your nervous system in recovery mode.
Group classes are online via Zoom — that's the heart of the practice. One-on-one sessions are available both online (Zoom) and in person in Singapore. Workshops vary case by case.
Most students start with a one-on-one online session so I can assess what your body actually needs. From there we figure out together whether group classes or continued private work fits you best.
Cancel up to 4 hours before any group class and the credit is returned. After that the credit is used. Private sessions need 24 hours' notice. If something genuinely urgent comes up — message me, we'll work it out.
Not currently. In-person 1-on-1 happens at a location convenient for both of us — usually shared on booking confirmation. Group classes are online by design, so geography doesn't matter.
My students are in Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Australia. The class schedule shows times in your local time zone once you're signed in. Recordings are available if a class doesn't fit your day.
Yes. Many of my students are Chinese-speaking. Classes can be in English, Mandarin, or both depending on the group. Toggle the 中 button up top to read this site in Chinese.
