Most yoga teachers learn the poses. I spent a decade studying how the body actually loads, stores, and releases force — then translated that knowledge into a practice you can do safely even when you're injured, recovering, or simply tired of being in pain.
Every program begins with a posture and movement assessment. We identify the cause, not the symptom. Then we design a sequence that meets your body where it is, and progressively returns it to where it was meant to be.
